This has been studied for decades, but with this technological breakthrough we have caused shockwaves throughout the industry, as we take the next step forward to unlocking more sustainable, near unlimited green energy solution for the our Head of Manufacturing Engineering you will the Advanced Manufacturing team to create, improve and drive manufacturing processes and operational efficiency across the business. You will be a leader in the development and implementation of innovative engineering strategies that will allow the team to meet critical manufacturing milestones. You will focus on: Developing and implementing engineering strategies that align with our manufacturing goals and objectives.Overseeing the development and implementation of our manufacturing line, including mechanical, software, and mechatronics engineering components.Lead and mentor a team of engineering and mechanical leaders responsible for the development and maintenance of our manufacturing line.Leading cross-functional collaboration efforts between engineering and other departments, such as operations and R&D.Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.Monitoring and managing project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.Identifying and implementing process improvements to drive operational efficiency and reduce manufacturing costs.Developing and maintaining relationships with key vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of engineering components.Requirements: Strong leadership experience within engineering and cross-functional teams.Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing engineering strategies that drive operational efficiency and reduce manufacturing costs.Well-rounded knowledge of mechatronics engineering principles.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to guide multiple projects simultaneously.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Benefits @ SunDrive!
