Responsibilities & Duties: Provide information and direction on vehicle diagnostics and technical solutions to internal customers via telephone and supported equipment Carry out duties in Ann Arbor, MI and remotely connect to vehicles to complete diagnostic scans and calibrations Document all customer interactions in database Work within groups of technicians and software development teams to improve products and services Maximize first time resolution of customer queries Provide training support and basic technical support to customers and employees as required Other duties as requested Work week is Monday-Friday, position hours are 8am - 5pm This is a non-exempt position with no supervisory responsibilities Qualifications : High School diploma or GED required Automotive Repair experience/education required Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace required Superior customer service skills required Strong...
